ZARQO is committed to providing a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of perfume products, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or resold once delivered.

Our fragrances contain active aromatic ingredients and natural extracts. Any damage caused by improper handling, storage, or incorrect usage is not covered under this policy. Customers are strongly advised to perform a patch test before regular use, as individual sensitivities may vary.

REFUND POLICY

ZARQO is not responsible for any damage occurring after successful delivery of the order.

To raise a claim for:

  • Missing item
  • Leakage or breakage
  • Damaged outer packaging
  • Incorrect product received

an unboxing video with original packaging is mandatory.

How to request a refund

Important refund conditions

  • If the package appears tampered or damaged at delivery, kindly refuse acceptance from the courier partner.
  • If an order is marked delivered but not received, inform support within 3 days of delivery status.
  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for damage, leakage, or missing items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are paid to logistics partners.
  • COD refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account shared with support.
  • Once approved, refunds may take up to 15 days to reflect in the account.
  • ZARQO will share transaction confirmation details once the refund is initiated.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted only in rare transit-damage cases, such as:

  • Broken bottle
  • Leakage
  • Missing product

Customers must notify support within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
After verification, ZARQO may offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and claim validity.

Products that are opened, used, or intentionally damaged are not eligible for return or refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from the warehouse.
  • A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted for prepaid order cancellations.
  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 15 days of approval.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If a shipped prepaid order is returned back to origin, a ₹75 handling deduction will apply before refund.

1. How long does a refund take after approval?

  • Prepaid orders: Up to 15 days to original payment method.
  • COD orders: 4–7 working days to the provided bank account after approval.
    Transaction confirmation will be shared once processed.

2. Are opened or used perfumes eligible for return?

No. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not covered under the return policy.
Only leakage, breakage, or missing items during transit are eligible.

3. How can I cancel an order placed by mistake?

You may:

  • Cancel from the order confirmation page before dispatch, or
